"We the hotel used John Builders Ltd to extend and refurbish a 2 diamond hotel to a 3 star branded Best Western Hotel in Kensington. Not only was the price of the total construction reasonable the smoothness, quality and time of the total construction and refurbishment was exceptional. Once the hotel was complete it was inspected by the brand achieving highest possible remarks for a hotel within its brand which pays complement to the team involved in the refurbishment.
The refurbishment also consisted of the supply of furniture, the furniture is of excellent quality and looks very smart. I was impressed with the timely fashion to complete the project. The initial design service was particularly useful and the finish of the furniture but specifically the headboard and beside tables makes an impact in the rooms of a 4 star standard.
